उत्तराखण्ड प्रदेश के नव स्थापित "मॉडल स्कूल्स" में सरकार की ओर से अन्य सुविधाओं के साथ-साथ सूचना एवं प्रयोधिकी उपकरण भी उपलब्ध कराये जा रहे हैं. विभाग द्वारा इन विद्यालयों में  शिक्षण-अधिगम की प्रक्रिया को छात्रों के लिए रुचिकर, सरल तथा आनंद दायक बनाने के लिए निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रमानुसार विषय वार ई-content विकसित करने हेतु प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं. जिसके लिए SCERT द्वारा विभिन्न विषयों के प्रशिक्षित शिक्षिकों को यह कार्य सौंपा गया है.

मैं अपना योगदान सामाजिक विषय में ई-content विकसित करने के लिए दे रहा हूँ.

मेरे द्वारा कक्षा 6 के लिए तैयार एक अध्याय तैयार कर आपके साथ सांझा कर रहा हूँ. आशा करता हूँ कि छात्र हित में आपके बहुमूल्य सुझाव इस content को और भी अधिक प्रभावकारी बनाने में सहायक होंगे.

Office Mix for Educational Purposes.

Project Based Learning leads students to construct knowledge. Here I assigned a project to my students and guided them to accomplish the project by using simple ICT Tool - 'The Google Earth'. Under some project we assign a task to students and they are supposed to accomplish the task within the given time line. We also plan different activities that provide real world situations before our students through which they explore, explain, elaborate and evaluate their work.

My school is a residential school and I could not manage to take my students on field trip of the affected areas. Here I'm sharing with how I could make the task easier, interesting and realistic through simple ICT tools.
Here I have used Office Mix to create this video. Microsoft has brought an amazing tool for us. Till now I used to create interactive learning and evaluation tools through MS PoowerPoint; but now Office Mix has empowered me to create and explore more to for educational purposes. Here I have created this video tutorial in Office Mix and still there are much more to be explored in Office Mix.
